Receipt of Order

When we receive your order we will confirm by e-mail that the order has been received.

 

Any orders received after 3pm will be processed the following working day.

 

Delivery Times

Orders for delivery to the UK:

 

Stock Items – If the goods you have ordered are in stock, we will endeavour to dispatch the same day. Delivery should normally take no longer than 48 hours, although please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If for any reason we envisage a delay, we will contact you to explain the situation.

 

Non Stock Items – If the goods you have ordered are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the earliest possible delivery time. From dispatch, delivery should normally take no longer than 48 hours, although please allow 5 working days for delivery.

 

Orders for delivery outside the UK:

Deliveries outside of the UK are charged at cost. We will tell you how much this will be in advance of proceeding with the order, just to make sure you are happy with the additional cost,. If the goods are in stock we aim to dispatch them the next working day. If for any reason we envisage a delay, we will contact you to explain the situation.

 

N.B. In every instance we will only take payment for goods you have ordered at the point of dispatch.

 

Postage Costs.

The majority of orders dispatched include Free Postage.

 

UK orders under the value of £25 are charged at £2.95

UK orders over the value of £25 are delivered free.

 

Orders up to the value of £100 are shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class Post, this usually arrives within 48 hours but can take up to 5 working days to be delivered and must be signed for.

 

Orders over the value of £100 are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery, this is a guarenteed services and should arrive before 1pm the following working day unless your order is placed on Friday, then delivered is only guarenteed for Monday.

 

Larger items have to be shipped by Royal Mail Standard Parcels or by courier, this can take up to 7 working days for delivery.

 

Receipt of Goods.

A signature is required to acknowledge receipt of goods. It is the responsibility of the person ordering the goods to be available to sign for them at the time of delivery, or in their absence an authorised person.

 

If nobody is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, the courier or Post Office will leave a “While you were out card”. Simply call the number on the card, quoting th ecard reference number to re-arrange delivery or collect the item in person.

 

Alternate Delivery Address.

For your first order with us we can only deliver to the card address, this is to reduce the possibility of fraud and so we can verify your details. Any  subsiquent orders placed once verified by a confirmed delivery can then be delivered to an alternative address.


Order Tracking.

Most orders can be tracked – all you need is your Tracking No. This can be sent to you on request.
