Delivery Times

 

We ship worldwide, although delivery times and cost may vary depending on delivery address and destination.

 

UK orders under the value of £25 are charged at £2.95.

UK orders over the value of £25 are delivered free.

 

Deliveries outside of the UK are charged at cost. We will tell you how much this will be in advance of proceeding with the order just to make sure you are happy with the cost.

If the goods are in stock we aim to dispatch them the same day, as our site has over 500 products, not to mention variations, some items such as speaker cables and more specialist goods, for example equipment racks have to be made to order, if your goods are not in stock and there will be a delay of a few days, we will contact you to let you know.

 

Orders up to the value of £100 are shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class Post, this usually arrives within 2 days but can take up to 5 working days to be delivered and has to be signed for.

 

Orders over the value of £100 are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery, this is a guarenteed service and should arrive before 1pm the following day unless your order is placed on a Friday, then delivery is only guarenteed for Monday.

 

Larger items will be shipped by courier, this usually takes 48hrs for delivery.

 

Most non-UK goods are shipped by Royal Mail Airsure with recorded delivery, this is the fastest way of sending goods but can take up to 10 working days sometimes longer depending on destination.

 

Receipt Of Goods.

 

A signature is required to acknowledge receipt of goods. It is the responsibility of the person ordering the goods to be available to sign for them at the time of delivery or, in their absence, an authorised person.

If nobody is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, the courier or post office  will leave a card. Simply call the number on the card, quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery.
