We have no recorded cases of anyone suffering a loss from credit card fraud using the online system that hificablesdirect.com uses for our web site, nor do we expect any. When you are asked to supply your credit/debit card details you will be transfered to our SSL server, this is handled for us by SagePay - Protx. This is confirmed by looking for the padlock image in your browser bar.
If your card is fraudulently used, generally as the worst case your card provider will only hold you responsible for the first £50 of the loss. To protect you from this risk we will, if buying from our site causes the problem, refund this cost.
