Faulty Returns Policy
Faulty products should be returned to us as soon as possible with a note describing the fault in as much detail as possible. Upon receipt we will send you a replacement or refund and reimburse the return postage cost incurred by you.
Please note! All products will be tested on their return if the product is found not to be faulty we will treat the return as a Non-Faulty Return.
Non-Faulty Returns Policy
We are more than happy to accept returns within 28 days of receipt providing we have not specially made a product for you. However this does not mean that you can use this option to test different cables to find the correct one. If you buy more than one cable of a particular type and return them to us any further orders of the same type will not be able to be refunded.
We ask that the product is returned to us in perfect condition and still with all its original packaging, undamaged. Some products cannot be removed from their packaging without it being damaged these items will Not be accepted back unless they are found to be faulty.
When the product is received back it will be inspected and tested to check its condition and see if its resalable and intact, if this is the case then we will either offer an alternative product at your request or refund your card with the original purchase price minus a handling charge covering our postal costs and administration charges. The handling charge will depend on original postage costs and order value. You will need to pay your own return postage costs.
Non-Faulty Returns (Custom Made Orders)
All custom orders e.g. Speakers / Speaker cables / Equipment racks, are Not returnable as most are Bespoke or made to order, unless they are found to be faulty.
Please Note! If the product is found not to be faulty we will treat the return as a Non-Faulty Return.
Return Procedure.
The return of any goods is the responsibility of the sender, any goods returned to us must be received before any refund or exchange is given, we would insist that you use a recorded and insured postal service like Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class to cover any damage or loss that may occur in transit back to us. Please also note that postage is at the senders cost unless the item is found to be faulty, in this case postage will be reimbursed on receipt by us. If we are reimbursing the postage costs we will not reimburse more than the recorded 2nd class service from Royal Mail.
